Home Remodeling in Wesley Chapel

Wesley Chapel barely looks like the same place it did fifteen years ago. The houses went up fast, the families moved in, and now a lot of those homes are hitting the age where the finishes feel dated and the family's grown into every corner. If that's you, and you're weighing a remodel, the thing you really want is simple: somebody who shows up, tells you the truth, and does the work right. Handing your house to a crew you don't know is a leap. I get it.

I'm Ricky Powers. Thirty-plus years remodeling homes, and I'm on every job myself. Call us and you get me.

The kind of homes we see up here

Most of Wesley Chapel is newer. Master-planned communities off SR-56 and the surrounding subdivisions, homes built in the last ten to twenty-five years. Good bones, but built to a builder's budget and a builder's idea of what every family wants. So the work up here is usually about personalizing a house that came off a plan: opening up a closed kitchen, turning a standard primary bath into something that actually feels like yours, adding the space a growing family needs without leaving a neighborhood you like.

There are older homes scattered in too, and those come with the usual older-home questions behind the walls. Either way, we walk it first and tell you what's really going on before we quote it.

What we do

One crew, one point of contact, the whole house inside and out:

  • Kitchens. Rebuilding a builder-grade kitchen around how you actually cook and gather.
  • Bathrooms. From a quick guest-bath update to a full primary suite, with the waterproofing done right where you can't see it.
  • Additions. More room without the move, matched to your home so it looks like it was always there.
  • Outdoor living. Lanais, decks, and patios built for our heat, our rain, and the way a Florida backyard actually gets used.

The two we get asked about most up here have their own pages: kitchen remodeling in Wesley Chapel and bathroom remodeling in Wesley Chapel.

The honest part

A good remodel takes weeks, not a weekend, and not every wish list fits every budget. We'll tell you that up front, before you spend anything, and we'll help you put the money where it does the most good. If we're not the right crew for your project, or the numbers point you toward moving instead, we'll say so. We'd rather earn the next job by being straight with you than win this one by overpromising.

Wesley Chapel is in Pasco County, so permits run through Pasco. For anything that touches walls, wiring, plumbing, or the footprint, we pull them and let the work get inspected. It's a second set of eyes that your job was built right.

One next step. If you're in Wesley Chapel or the surrounding Pasco communities and you've got a project in mind, tell us about your project. Send the room, what you're picturing, and where you are, and we'll give you an honest read on whether we're a fit. We keep our schedule small on purpose, so each job gets done right.
