One company for the kitchen, another for the deck, a third for the addition, and you’re the one stuck chasing them all and hoping they don’t blame each other when something goes wrong. We’re built the other way. Whatever your home needs, a single room, a whole-home remodel, an addition, or a new deck and outdoor space, it’s the same crew, the same standard, and the same person walking the job: Ricky. Thirty-plus years of remodeling homes means we’ve seen most of what a house can throw at us, and we’d rather do the whole project right than hand you off in the middle of it.

A bathroom remodel is one of the highest-impact projects in a home, and one of the easiest to get wrong with the wrong crew, because so much of the work is hidden behind the walls. We do it right where it counts: proper waterproofing, solid plumbing, tile set to last. You get a bathroom that looks great and holds up for years.

Additions

More room for a growing family, built to last and built to match.

When you love your home but you’ve run out of room, an addition gives you the space without the move. We build additions that look like they were always there: matched to your existing house, framed solid, finished to the same standard as the rest of your home.

Honest take: An addition touches your foundation, your roofline, and your permits, so it’s a bigger project than a single room. We’ll walk you through what it really takes (timeline, permitting permitting handling to confirm, and cost) before any work starts.

Decks & outdoor living

The part of the house you actually relax in, built to take Florida weather.

A good outdoor space is where a Florida home really gets used. We build decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces, and we handle the exterior work that goes with them, so you get a place to gather that looks right and holds up to sun, rain, and humidity. Same crew, same standard as the work we do inside; the outside of your home is part of the job, not an afterthought.

Honest take: Outdoor builds live or die on the things you can’t see later: proper footings, the right materials for our climate, and water handled so it drains away from the house. We don’t cut corners there, because that’s the part that decides whether it lasts five years or twenty-five.

Whole-home remodels

When it’s time to bring the whole house up to where you want it.

Sometimes it’s not one room. It’s the whole house. A whole-home remodel is a big undertaking, and it lives or dies on whether the crew shows up, stays organized, and respects that you’re living through it. That’s exactly the part we’re built for. One crew, one plan, one point of contact, and a home that’s respected every day you’re in it.

Honest take: A whole-home remodel is months, not weeks, and we take on only a few at a time so yours gets the attention it needs. If we’re not the right fit for the scale of your project, we’ll tell you, and point you in a better direction.
